### SHIPPING POLICY

**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**Shipping to the United States**
We deliver to all states in the US using reliable express international carriers (such as FedEx, Widect, or UPS).
* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 4 to 9 business days.
* Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date.

**Shipping Rates**
*Flat Rate Shipping: $11.08 minumum (can be more)

**How do I check the status of my order?**
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
For US customers, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties under the de minimis threshold. However, dionefightwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages & Issues**
If you receive your order damaged or if the package is lost, please contact us immediately at kalaycidurucan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and resolve it as quickly as possible.
